DIAMOND
SQUARE Fundraising's Teacher "REWARDS" Program
rewards teachers who actively promote and
participate in your school’s fundraiser. This
FREE INCENTIVE PROGRAM is designed exclusively
to help schools reach their fundraising goals.
Teachers receive Free Fundraising Dollars
(based on their classroom’s level of participation)
that can be used to purchase merchandise free of
charge from the fundraising catalog.
What
groups are eligible to participate?
The following
three requirements must be met to qualify for
participation in the Teacher “REWARDS” Program:
The
organization must be a school with a minimum of 75
students participating and 5 or more classrooms
participating in this fundraiser.
Classrooms
must have a minimum of 10 students each.
Sales must
total $5,000 or more (excluding the free
merchandise) from any one of our catalogs.
DIAMOND SQUARE Fundraising must know the number of
students and the number of classrooms BEFORE the
fundraiser starts. This information is required
at the time the catalogs and brochures are mailed
to be eligible.
How does the program work?
Each teacher is
rewarded based on his/her own classroom’s sales, with a
minimum of 50% participation required to earn any Free
Fundraising Dollars. If all of the requirements are
met, then the teacher will be rewarded 5% of his/her class
sales total. To calculate your Free Fundraising Dollars,
simply add all of your students orders and multiply the
total with 0.05. For example, if there are 28 students in
a classroom and 15 students participate, their level of
participation is 53% (15 divided by 28). If each student
sold an average of $100.00 worth of merchandise, then
multiply 15 by $100.00 and your class sales total will be
$1,500.00. Take $1,500.00 and multiply by 0.05 and
this is your Free Fundraising Dollars, $75.00. Your
school will receive $600.00 from the fundraising, you will
receive $75.00 and each student will receive their prizes,
based on their individual sales.
